  lost my business. the first print went off really well. but I have waited all day today to get my door hangers (250$ btw) and finally I call and then and only then did they seem it necessary to tell me that whoever their "guy" is happens to be in vacation. No info as to when. Just nothing. A phone call would have kept my business. So after writing the above review and posting it, today I get a call from a very rude and disrespectful individual who's first words upon me answering the phone where " we have your fliers ready, do you want to pick them up or should we throw them away?" Which told me that they had read my review. You would think that (1) If I would have been called at least on the day that they were due to be let known that they would be late. Yet I received no such call. Instead I had to call them to find out my fliers would be late. (2) when I did call in and get that info it would have been nice to be told, look I apologize for not calling however your fliers will be ready tomorrow. I could have and would have accepted that. Instead I only get " the guy who does our fliers is on vacation". no return time, no estimated time that I will receive the fliers, and still no apology for the missing their own deadline. And then icing on the cake or grand finale (3) called me up and offered to throw them away if I wasn't going to pick them up. Again even after reading my review no apologies, no remorse, no respect for the customer. Just rudeness and ultimatums. Nice to find out now after only $270 rather then after giving you several thousand dollars in which your competitor will now receive. Although I gotta admit looking at all of the other reviews, this is an abnormality. Maybe something about me just ticked them off and they simply didn't want my business. But the rude phone call was over the top no matter how you tear this apart.

  The day before our book launch celebration for Laurie Fairchild's debut novel, Never Only, we had still not received our order from IngramSpark. I reached out to Minuteman with an urgent request to print 50 trade paperback books, and they pulled it off in less than 24 hours. They were professional, efficient, and the books came out beautifully. And then they offered to carry them out to the car! I can't recommend Minuteman Press highly enough.   Taylor was amazing! I hadn’t printed anything in ages and was going to use Canva, but thought I’d check here first and it was so fast, such a deal and turned out perfect! I will definitely be coming back!! Always love being able to support local businesses!

  Amazing. Why pay more for less at the artist formerly known as “Kinko’s,” when you could get: friendly customer service, reasonable prices, and what you want / need within your deadline? Save yourself the headache and just go here.
