There are never enough tellers to handle the amount of people in line. It feels like I enter a time warp where everything slows down, the process' movement and requirements are designed to be slow, very little new tech seems to be used to improve the customer experience. I use private enterprises instead because I literally cannot afford the time it takes to engage with USPS.
