This has caused me to miss packages multiple times and have to pay for shipping again, which I will now have to pay for a 3rd time. An astoundingly kind postmaster from Denver helped me rectify the issue, but my postwoman marked my box as vacant again. My postwoman is aware I live there, and I have asked her not to mark my box as vacant very explicitly. I even apologized for refusing the mail and she scoffed at me. Please stop. I just want my CDs and I need to have medication shipped to me.

I gave it a few days and when the packages still hadn’t arrived, I submitted a missing mail request on the USPS website. The next morning, Zach at the post office left me a message letting me know he had located both packages and the carrier had redelivered them. I didn’t have high hopes for the missing mail form, but this was a pleasant surprise and the phone call was so appreciated. Thanks so much, Zach and team!!
