The lady in there proceeded to make fun of me for not knowing anything and even explained to me the definition of a flexible package while shoving it in my face like I was a toddler, she said “see how it bends, this means its flexible” in an extremely patronizing manor. All I wanted was some help and now I dont know where to go to get it because I am afraid of them just making fun of me again. I had to cancel and refund my first ever order because the lady chose to not help me but yell and make fun of me. Really sad day for me.
