I also asked for his boss ' number and he said "nah bud I don't think I am gonna do that" and hung up again. So whenever the manager of this store sees this, I would like him to be written up. He refused to give his name so whoever was working Feb 9 at 11-12 am is who it is. Very bad for company image to have someone treat a client that way, when I have spent thousands of dollars sending artwork through you guys.
