When I came in to try again they wouldn’t help to resend or even give me new stamps to replace the ones they wasted not applying enough. I don’t care about the $5 wasted for a bubble mailer and some stamps but to not be able to do the one thing your company does is concerning.. or to give back $1.50 worth of stamps to make up for the mistake.

My package was returned four different times due to repeated errors made by this location. Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to resolve the issue, the staff became dismissive and unhelpful. The employees I interacted with seemed unfamiliar with basic shipping procedures, provided incorrect information more than once, and became noticeably irritated when I simply asked for clarification or correction of mistakes they made. Their attitude ranged from apathetic to outright rude, and at no point did anyone make an effort to resolve the situation professionally. What should have been a straightforward shipment turned into weeks of inconvenience, wasted time, and unnecessary frustration — all because of avoidable errors and a clear lack of proper training and accountability. It’s extremely disappointing that a location representing a national company operates with this level of disregard for customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location entirely and using another UPS store or shipping provider if possible.
