  If you’re ordering wrapping paper don’t show up at the time it says it will be ready, because it won’t be. My order said it was supposed to be ready on the 4th on the app but when I got there they told me it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready until the 6th. I know there are a lot of orders this time of year but the app should be accurate on when it will be ready. I drove really far to pick it up.

  I've shopped and printed a lot at Staples in the past. This morning I had sent a printing job by email, which had always been the method before, but when I showed up, the employee was irritated and brusquely told me that they weren't accepting emailed print jobs or walk in jobs. She told me to use the self service copier. .... After five minutes I realised the self service copier wasn't connecting so I approached the counter again. I waited politely because they were working on other jobs. When acknowledged, I tried to ask if I could upload to the website or use some other methods to send them a job. She was so worked up that she couldn't really understand my question, but spoke angrily over me the whole time I was asking it, telling me how busy she was and making it clear that it was a nuisance to have a customer with a question. The manager was there but did nothing to help out. So I've decided not to shop at Staples anymore.

  I really like the convenience of this Staples but I don’t like the FLOCK CAMERAS - all three of them on the north side of the parking lot tracking my every movement like we’re under Stasi in GDR. Edit: your tone-deaf reply makes absolutely no sense, Staples. “Our [my name] location” is a weird thing to say and you don’t even acknowledge what I said.

  Best experience buying a laptop ever, staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I got every discount I was entitled too as a military veteran.

  I sold a package on ebay and brought it here to ship. I emailed them the shipping label and their employee printed out the wrong label and shipped my package to the wrong place. Staples claims won't help, staples customer service won't help, UPS won't help. Staples admits that this is their mistake, but they have been avoiding making it right. My package was worth $250 and the buyer did not get it. I did not get paid for it, the funds are being held by ebay because my buyer didn't get their item. After finally meeting the general manager, who was disrespectful and condescending, I was told he'd need to put me in contact with his district manager and loss prevention manager, which I think was a lie because they never called me. I'm now filing against them in small claims court. Don't spend money here. They are incompetent and disrespectful. Dealing with staples is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any business in my entire life. I went back to the location trying to find company information so I'd know where to send the court summons to. They were obviously unhelpful, but I thought it was especially interesting that they don't even display a license to collect sales tax. That's a huge no-no, but the store is run by an overpaid toddler so it makes sense.
