  I'm having a hard time rating this app, I am a man that wants to work been asking for work and they told me they have work, I get on their app and there's nothing from Fort Collins to Denver. How do you expect people to come work for you if you don't post jobs. This is worthless.

  These worthless people won’t answer my phone calls. Up until this review I was very polite, respectful and patient. I’ve had a few different problems dealing with this company. 1.) During the on-boarding process, they make you fill out a W-4 tax form. Ok. I understand that. However, I had a lot of trouble printing this form out through the mobile app and website on a desktop / laptop device. And I tried contacting the customer service representative to ask for some guidance or assistance with getting the tax form printed off and filled out in order to submit the application to them. And the customer service representative initially stated that I have to tangibly print off a copy of the W-4 tax form and fill it out and manually submit it to the brick and mortar location along with showing 2 different copies of identification. And I was told that you have to bring all of these documents to a People Ready location in person. I said: “That’s fine.” So I drive up to the Fort Collins location twice in the same week. Once on Tuesday and once on Thursday. And nobody was actually inside the brick and mortar office when I went there in person. Then I called up the customer service representative to ask where she was and how to go about printing off a tangible copy of the W-4 tax form. I tried going to FedEx - Kinkos to print off a tangible copy of the W-4 tax form and I tried printing off a copy of the W-4 tax form at home. And the way the app is designed; you can’t print any of the documents off using the Job Stack app or the People Ready website. And so I asked the customer service representative - ‘What gives?’ And she gas lights me and says: “You have to go to the People Ready website / Job Stack app and digitally fill out the W-4 tax form that way. So I attempted to do that. And the way that the app and website is currently designed, you can’t do that. And so I brought these concerns up to the customer service representative at People Ready. And the lady gas lights me again. And says: “Ok. Let me call you back in the next 15 minutes.” That was 6 hours ago. I’ve tried to get in touch with People Ready 10 times over the last 6 hours and they won’t return my phone calls. They just keep blowing me off. If you read through other reviews on this company, you can get the sense that there’s something wrong with the company.

  ~ ZERO stars ~ NO work on the "app" - they don't return emails or.phone calls. TERRIBLE. If ypu NEED work, this isn't your resource!!

  They told me they had lots of work and after I went through the application process I found out they had none, absolutely nothing, don't waste your time!
