After putting in a certain amount for copies of $10.00 my card was charged $25.00. This overcharge has occurred three different times. They say it is a pending charge but the excess amount is never redeemed. The manager at this particular location stated to me in November that it usually only takes three or four business days. Also when I went to the counter to ask about the situation the young lady there was not totally knowledgeable about the situation. I was frustrated and then stated I would not be back without raising my voice. At this point the manager came over where I was collecting my things and told me to not come back. No problem I already stated such. I also informing them at while I was at the counter that another man had come in and was going through my stuff that I had at the copier. The manager said that I needwd to treat him better despite the person going through my stuff. I have witnessed this particular manager frustrate other customers on different occasions in the past. The greatest line he gave me was " we are trying to develop a society here." This coming from an employee of a corporation that is run by a CEO from a big pharmaceutical company.

I love coming here to get my plans and do my faxing. You can get passport photos and also get your Fed Ex needs done here also. The crew is ever so helpful and always greet the customers. I feel very special and comfortable.

Wouldn't accept my correct mailing address, which is a PO Box at the downtown Fort Collins Post Office, to ship about 11 pages to my sister in Florida. That's after I made my copies, got a mailer, and filled out a shipping form. Whether they like it or not, that's my correct mailing address, and having a PO Box reduces my spam mail to about zero. Could it be that they want to sell my information to marketers, hence the requirement of a residence address? The post office had no problem shippong the same packet, with a PO Box as the sender address, Priority Mail, for substantially less cost. So next time I'll go to Leonard's on Magnolia south of the post office and do my shipping from there. Silly policies like that will prevent me from using FedEx in the future...

This location is by far the worst in Fort Collins!! I had to wait by the front counter for more than 15 minutes with no other customers at the shipping center. Several female employees were talking amongst themselves, when I finally "asked" for some service I was told to wait a few minutes. Both employees had terrible attitudes, clearly they did not have any desire to be here... When more customers came in they received the same treatment... How do these people still have a job?? I worked retail / customer service for over 10 years and if my manager saw this kind of behavior I would have been sent packing :D Ps. The trainee was slightly more useful than the others.
