However, I don't appreciate that they'll take non-emergency personal calls and ignore any customers, even while in the middle of doing a transaction! The convenience is great, but this lack of professionalism makes me give this 3 stars instead of 5.

He ran after me yelling at me as I was leaving the building, as I turned around he yanked a prepaid label his employee gave me from me that was pressed against my body between a package. He then yelled at others who stood up for me. Unfortunately, it seems to be common knowledge that he yells at customers. Save yourself the experience and drive a few miles up the road to another store. Since he is the owner complaints to UPS are ignored and he believes his behavior to be acceptable.
