The blonde girl that works there is soooooo nice! But unfortunately the older man is super rude! He doesn't talk and just throws your receipt at you. Always ruins my day. But the girl always makes my day better!

This post office is trash people, they don’t have the right box’s for priority mail and want to charge you for the boxes THAT ALREADY is paid for ! My customers paid for the post office to have their boxes and one customer still hasn’t recovered their package, and the employees give smart ass comments, they aren’t very helpful, they helped me out once, out of the 3 times I came, one time they made it right because THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO! all in all, not a great post office, I suggest you go to the next nearest one.

There is a new lady there of which I have bit my tongue for a couple months in hopes of that the issues were she was just new. Nope. Not the case. I am not really one to complain but something has to be done. She's a dark haired lady who is rude and belittling. I have asked more than once for my parcels that didn't fit in my box to be place into a locker. My work schedule and location does not allow me to arrive before the PO closes. Knowing my packages will not fit I call ahead of time to have them placed into a locker. You'd think it's not a big deal but based on the sighing and moaning you would have thought I asked her to hand deliver my packages to my front door, at quitting time, in a blizzard with a requirement that she not wear shoes. Yes, that bad. You would have thought I asked her to walk more than the 3 to 5 feet it actually takes from the inner office to the locker there in the post office. What I don't understand is that why do we have to request it- or at least some of us do? Why isn't it just a given that if it doesn't fit in our PO box then the default is that it goes to a locker? I don't know I think that you have to take abuse from this one particular lady in order to somewhat get what you came to the post office for. Anyway USPS PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH THIS POST OFFICE. This neighborhood has outgrown this Post Office location and it's especially clear EVEN WHEN it's not a Holiday when traffic is much more anticipated. ****UPDATE- 5/17/2019 She's at it again! For those of you who know when ordering anything online which seems to be the norm, if you put in your PO box as the delivery location, most shippers will not allow this. With this said, with the previous Firestone Post Office ladies before these replacements we have now, THEY understood that. The previous manager of this location recommended that I add 478 1st Street with my PO BOX next to that line. So, that's what I did. And had no issues with delivery, ever since. But then came the replacements that everyone who has to get mail at this Post Office has had some sort of issue. Even after the replacements were settled, I still had no issue. Then all of a sudden, my packages are refused- AGAIN? Why? My PO BOX IS ON THE PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED! Neighbors, Friends, in fact if you mention to someone I have a post office box in Firestone, the immediate response is filled with remorse. They can describe whom they've had their experience with-to the specific detail and the common theme is: to refuse as many packages or articles of mail. I have not complained unless it's something really worth saying something about.
