  Laxmi is a rare type of professional you just don’t see every day. I came in at about 10 mins to closing with well over 15 amazon items I needed to return. I started a new job after a long lay off and work the hours that UPS is open. I felt so bad coming in with a bag and box full of items. Not only was she extremely nice, but she also kept reassuring me that I was not trouble at all. Thank you Laxmi and I hope someone can give you the recognition that you deserve- you made a difference for me tonight. Thank you!

  Everytime i have gone to the ups store i have been treated nice and the people there are really helpful.

  I was there doing an Amazon return and the guy was just so rude I couldn’t understand what he was saying and I could tell he was mad at me for not understanding , the lady came and explained to me and he got more mad he started talking to her in a different language in front of me it was a really bad experience he made me feel that I was the problem

  Their English is terrible and had me totally confused on what it is that I needed to do on an Amazon return that I have only done millions of times so I just canceled walked out the store and I will not be back! Not to mention the man working behind the counter is very rude! the lady had to come help because he couldn't even just talk to me, started to yell at me like I couldn't hear him.

  The owners are so inconsiderate, UPS is a PACKAGING store and to not lend your customers some simple tape to send back a package and trying to charge them is simply ridiculous. Instead I was met with a snarky comment that the “email” states no open packaging which is fine but to not problem solve and do what’s right for the customer is absolutely insane to me. Terrible customer service - the right thing to do, would have been to offer tape and inform the client next time they would need to tape their own packaging. It’s the principle of doing the right thing, the kind thing. So irritating I was sent away and refused to accept my return package over some tape that they could have let me borrow but no they wanted me to purchase tape.
