  There is one person here that is consistently rude and unpleasant every time I'm forced to interact with him. I actively avoid going to this location because of him. I felt sorry for the two kids working the counter with him; they were clearly uncomfortable with the way he was behaving. I hope this guy gets replaced soon.

  Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I went into this store last week on Tuesday to overnight a very important document (a car title) to my mother. She needed it urgently to use her car as collateral for a loan so she could get emergency surgery for her dog. I gave the package to the employee, read the correct address directly from my phone, and paid nearly $60 for overnight shipping. The next day, my parents still hadn’t received the package. I checked the tracking and saw there was an “address issue.” I was only able to change one part of the address online, so I fixed the street but couldn’t correct the house number. I went back to the store the following morning, and the same employee who originally helped me was completely unhelpful. She told me she couldn’t change the address because I had already updated it once and that if the package couldn’t be delivered, I’d have to pay again to have it sent back to Colorado—even though she was the one who messed up the address in the first place. She said she would call the location that had the package to see if they could change it (finally some effort), and she told me to have my mother call the UPS Hub as well. When my mom called, she was told that the store employee claimed she had me on “video and audio giving the wrong address.” Which is a lie—I read the correct address word-for-word from my notes app right in front of her. Because of this store’s incompetence, my $60 “overnight” shipment took a week to arrive. It also took three days to get the address issue fixed, all while dealing with dismissive service. At this point, asking for a refund seems like it would take another week, so I’m cutting my losses—but I will never use this location again.
