Not to mention the man working behind the counter is very rude! the lady had to come help because he couldn't even just talk to me, started to yell at me like I couldn't hear him.

- LMLisa ManriquezJan 4, 20261.0The owners are so inconsiderate, UPS is a PACKAGING store and to not lend your customers some simple tape to send back a package and trying to charge them is simply ridiculous. Instead I was met with a snarky comment that the “email” states no open packaging which is fine but to not problem solve and do what’s right for the customer is absolutely insane to me. Terrible customer service - the right thing to do, would have been to offer tape and inform the client next time they would need to tape their own packaging. It’s the principle of doing the right thing, the kind thing. So irritating I was sent away and refused to accept my return package over some tape that they could have let me borrow but no they wanted me to purchase tape.

In the Amazon package said no box necessary and if I wanted to recycle the box I can. This is why I will go some where else event that I always come here to return my Amazon return and never had a problem for a box that he didn't want to recycle. Well he wanted me to buy a new box and get my own tape and on the Amazon return didn't say to get a box or anything and it was free.
