This morning I had an Amazon return, which they have a self service counter for (along with PO Boxes), and the door was unlocked, so I walked in to complete my return. A woman started screaming at me from the back and came out, continuing to yell and wave her arms, following me out the front door. I’ve never been so terrified or treated so horribly just for entering a business before. I’m a little hesitant to return.
