- LDLisa DoucetMar 27, 20261.0I wish Amazon would not use this poor excuse of a delivery! The take what is supposed to be a convernient experience and turn it into a real time waster. They use poor excuses like "package too big" instead of just dropping it off at the door like all the other private delivery companies have figured out. Now I have to call, hold sign up for this answer sign up for that answer I JUST WANT MY PACKAGE! OR AT LEAST SOME DIRECT ANSWERS LIKE WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???

He saved me some money and got it done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. And the problem of the packages not getting delivered in Evergreen? Those are handled by the Golden office. The folks at USPS Evergreen have no control over that. I had to go to Golden USPS and they made suggestions but nothing changed.

Well post office has my mail an they r withholding it from me so I guess im going have get me a lawyer bc in case u haven't realized its against the law to withhold my mail dont think u understand what kind of trouble ur in.. I called evergreen post office around 330 this afternoon 3/30/2026 told guy who I was asking where my mail was bc I did temporarily change of address an he hung up on me that was rude

At least 1-2x a month, we get a notice that something wasn’t able to be delivered. The kicker? It’s always fake reasons. Like “we didn’t have the gate code”…we don’t have any gates to get to our house. Or “nobody answered the door”…we work from home and are always here and nobody ever comes to our door. It’s really frustrating.
- SRScott RollinsNov 24, 20251.0ALWAYS a long, slow line with only 1 employee working the counter. On my last trip it took 15 minutes to service the 4 people in front of me. When the survey pops up on the screen the clerk reaches over the counter and hits the smiley face before you have a chance to do anything. I'm pretty sure the survey is for the customer. They need to hire more people.
