At least 1-2x a month, we get a notice that something wasn’t able to be delivered. The kicker? It’s always fake reasons. Like “we didn’t have the gate code”…we don’t have any gates to get to our house. Or “nobody answered the door”…we work from home and are always here and nobody ever comes to our door. It’s really frustrating.

When the survey pops up on the screen the clerk reaches over the counter and hits the smiley face before you have a chance to do anything. I'm pretty sure the survey is for the customer. They need to hire more people.

Not one single person left. They still left pink slips in the mailbox. So, that is annoying, right? That was on a Friday. My husband goes to pick up the 3 boxes (per the pink slip) today (Monday), and they can only find 2. They are going to call when they find the third one. Now- they had the third one, but somehow it is gone now. Do they refund me my money? Because Amazon says it is their problem since they lost it. Can you get ANYONE on the phone to find out what is going on? No, you cannot! Extremely frustrated.
