When the survey pops up on the screen the clerk reaches over the counter and hits the smiley face before you have a chance to do anything. I'm pretty sure the survey is for the customer. They need to hire more people.

- CRChris RobbinsAug 13, 20251.0We've lived here 20 years. The Evergreen Post Office is untrustworthy. Expect about 20% of your Amazon packages that are unwisely directed to the USPS by Amazon to never arrive. You'll receive notifications that they were delivered, but they were never in your mailbox. We've especially had trouble with small packages. We had to reorder one costume jewelry item three times because it was likely stolen twice. It only arrived once we specified a new address outside Evergreen Post Office's service area. Delivery or letters is also a problem. It seems that mail arrive at and departing from Evergreen is delayed several days. We have family in Florida and it can sometimes take 10 days for a letter to meander from Evergreen to the Sunshine State and vice versa. The last issue is larger (not large) items. Any shipper silly enough to use the USPS for larger items is going to inconvenience you. The Evergreen location will designate them as "oversized" and make you pick them up at their location. They just won't deliver them to your house. The USPS should simply be abolished at this point. We don't need it and they may our lives worse, not better.
