- KMK MJan 28, 20261.0UPS stores are separate from UPS. So if something goes wrong with a pkg you send from the UPS store, the recipient has to pay a SECOND time to receive the pkg. AND since UPS drivers in Evergreen have been told to drop pkgs along the side of the road (instead of delivering to someone’s house) - having to pay AND receive is a great little game that UPS an their subcontractor stores play. (Btw - the UPS driver confirmed to me directly that they have been instructed to dump pkgs).
