- DDDeniseNov 26, 20251.0Worst USPS I have ever dealt with. Mail carrier never checks for outgoing mail so mail will sit in the box for a week. Calling customer service is a joke also. I don’t want to talk to a computer, I want to talk to a human.
- MMMarilu MontoyaOct 20, 20251.0Awful customer service! I arrived at 4:56pm (a few minutes before the posted 5pm closure time) and watched the employee close the gate as I walked in. I knocked and said “excuse me,” while I could hear them talking in the back. I knocked a few more times and at 4:59pm the employee (who said his name was Albert Paul) shouted, “We’re closed!” I informed him I had a package to drop off with postage already paid and had been standing there for a few minutes. His response was “My clock says it’s five.” What an unnecessarily rude and poor attitude!
