- MMMarilu MontoyaOct 20, 20251.0Awful customer service! I arrived at 4:56pm (a few minutes before the posted 5pm closure time) and watched the employee close the gate as I walked in. I knocked and said “excuse me,” while I could hear them talking in the back. I knocked a few more times and at 4:59pm the employee (who said his name was Albert Paul) shouted, “We’re closed!” I informed him I had a package to drop off with postage already paid and had been standing there for a few minutes. His response was “My clock says it’s five.” What an unnecessarily rude and poor attitude!

I got my son’s meds today and I watched the guy walk up to my stairs and he just tossed it down the stairs and didn’t even put it by my door. The stairs are not even my property. That’s just pure laziness.
