I spend five months a year in Estes Park. however,I live near the Phoenix area. I frequent the UPS stores near my house often. Never do they ever, ask me questions about my mailing project. They just assume I know everything. And I am the first to admit I’m not a know at all about shipping. I love this little store.

Karen patiently and thoroughly helped me through the process and was very kind to stay late to help make sure my documents were prepared and shipped. What an angel! Her colleague Sofia also stayed to help finish things up. I am so grateful to them both!
