  I went in today to mail something quickly — and I’ll admit, I despise mailing packages. Usually, I just stop by to return Amazon packages, and the team here has always been kind and helpful with those too. But today was different — this package meant a lot to me, and I wanted it to arrive in time for Halloween. Ram and DJ were absolutely wonderful! They walked me through all my options, handled everything with ease and a smile, and never once made me feel rushed or judged. Even though the store was busy, they still took the time to make me feel genuinely welcomed and special. Outstanding service — I’m actually looking forward to coming back next time, and I hate mailing things a little less- a little!

  Ups drivers do not deliver to apartment rooms. The drivers are incompetent at performing their jobs. Packages are consistently left on the ground at community mailboxes allowing them to be stolen by anyone who passes by.

  This review is not a reflection of the employees at this UPS Store—they were courteous, helpful, and professional. My frustration is with the store policies and practices that seem designed to nickel-and-dime customers. I recently shipped a large package that cost nearly $200. Since my printer wasn’t working, I asked the store to print the label for me. They charged $3.50 for a single-page label—which feels excessive, especially considering the high shipping cost I had just paid. To make things more inconvenient, they couldn’t scan the label from my phone to print it directly. Instead, I had to send it to a store email address. Oddly enough, the same barcode could then be scanned once it was on the box for drop-off. It all felt like an unnecessary step designed to charge extra for something that should be a courtesy, or at least cost less. Again, no complaints about the staff—they were doing their jobs and remained friendly throughout. My issue is with the corporate or store-level policies that seem focused more on squeezing every possible dollar out of customers than providing a seamless, modern shipping experience.

  Man, this UPS store is just the best. They get through their customers quickly and efficiently. Even though it’s super cliche to say so, they do this with a smile. They are just so friendly. Seriously, I cannot recommend this store enough. Even if you have a giant pile of Amazon returns and don’t have your QR codes in order.. not that I have ever done that or anything.
