- HMHayley MaisonMar 30, 20265.0Eric at this location has been a tremendous help in finding a package that had a technical parcel issue on delivery. It was a nightmare situation, and he helped me track it down and provide details exactly where I can find it. The regular delivery guy to Greenwood Point Apartments also was incredibly supportive trying to redeliver and locate the package as well. Thanks to them and their detailed work - I was able to get my package out of the Amazon lockers after repeated attempts with Leasing/amazon hub. If not for them, I probably wouldn't have gotten my package and been able to prove the error on Amazon hubs end. They went above and beyond to help me!

He explained everything so thoroughly, credited me back for my stamp, and sent me off with reassurance ✊🏽 The best postal worker interaction I’ve ever experienced. Oh and parking was plentiful and line was non existent at 5pm. These other 1 star reviews don’t make any sense to me. Y’all should have more grace with public service workers.
