    Bailey Pantleo is signing notary documents and putting the wrong Notary Id and not matching the Notary Seal. Bailey is not professional and should not be signing such documents.

    store is clean and staff is helpful and nice. also, i had an issue with the delivery of a package and the store manager, amber was great about helping me.

    The folks in this store are very nice but, unfortunately, since this store is a franchise (which I did not know) reaching out to UPS customer care for assistance is very difficult. I drove to the store to file a loss claim and the store manager did not file the claim. There is no recourse as the franchise owners do not allow direct contact with them through phone or email. I am out $750 for a lost item and unable to file a claim myself as the website to do so has shown “not accessible due to technical difficulties” each time I have attempted to file the claim myself. Really disappointing service and follow through.

    This needs to be addressed. We recently moved our trading card auction business to Englewood and now use this UPS location frequently. We ship a high volume of extremely valuable packages, often totaling tens of thousands of dollars in a single day. Because of that, proper handling and basic customer service are critical. Every employee at this location has been friendly, helpful, and professional except for one individual. He is a younger employee with curly hair, and unfortunately his attitude is consistently unacceptable. On at least five separate occasions, I have politely asked to hand a package directly to an employee rather than leaving it unattended, due to the high value of the contents. Every other staff member has understood this immediately and taken the package without issue. This employee refuses every single time, telling me to “set it over there,” with a dismissive and rude attitude. When I explain the value and request again, he doubles down instead of providing even basic customer service. This is not a one-off bad interaction. It happens every time I encounter him. We are in this store multiple times a day and spend a significant amount of money shipping through this location. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with the same poor attitude repeatedly, especially when every other employee demonstrates how easy it is to handle this request properly. If this continues, I will absolutely take our business elsewhere. I should not have to avoid a specific employee or wait for someone else just to receive basic service. Ownership should be aware that this is directly impacting customer experience and could cost you consistent, high-volume business.
