FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

I walked in to the FedEx. A gentleman with his hair in a bun named Donna immediately helped me. But he continued to get very discouraged because I am not an employee of FedEx nor do I understand some of the stuff that they do, but I had been given an email and asked him to help me decipher what I was supposed to do. Some of us do not work in that industry and would like a little help. He was very discouraged with my questions he kept rolling his eyes at me. i’m sure that if Donna came to my job, he wouldn’t be able to do it either because everybody’s job is different. I shouldn’t have to apologize to someone for asking help figuring out how to get this code off my phone and give it to him. I don’t appreciate the way I was spoke to Saturday. Some people should not be in customer service. I work with people every day and if somebody’s having trouble with something, I think we should help them. I think that’s part of a job. I think the next time I send something FedEx, which I hope I don’t have to because it was ridiculous. I won’t go to that office again. I don’t work at FedEx, so I guess me asking a simple question was far too hard for this gentleman to take the time to treat me with respect.

Not usually one to leave a poor review but I stopped in today and no one greeted me or offered to help with what I was looking for. I was met with Donna at the front and they were zero help with trying to email my shipping label to their store email. After I had sent it 4 times they said nothing so I asked “did that one go through” because I wanted to make sure I didn’t do anything incorrectly and all Donna said was “just be patient”… well maybe if you would’ve said it took a while instead of blank staring at me I wouldn’t have to ask. THANKFULLY another very sweet employee, Ksenia, was there to help me and got in done in .2 seconds and was extremely kind. This is why I hate going to ship stuff cause people like Donna. Ksenia deserves a raise cause she’s carrying that place

This place is a joke. From the emotionless clerk who made it pretty apparent they didn't want to deal with my issue, to the call center that has no information and just repeats the same thing while you are asking a question. I had an item of value scheduled to be sent to this store and somehow ended up being returned to sender. USPS is somehow better than FedEx and I never thought I would say that. I used to use them exclusively Never again 😒

I just arrived at 6:55 pm to print something after work (which would take maybe 2 minutes on the self-service printer), but the doors were already locked and no one was visibly inside. Their sign and Google says they close at 7 pm, so I guess some nights they decide to lock up when they please? This location often smells like sewage, and the people aren’t very friendly. The last time I came in I had to cover my face with my shirt and overheard other customers leaving talking about the smell.
