Unfortunately, sometimes the solution is out of their hands due to mistakes being made at the processing facilities around the country. Also, there are many more good employees than bad ones at this office. Overall, the USPS needs to modernize its delivery system if it wants to make profits and remain competitive.

When I came in in person and paid for it. The workers will lie and take your money causes u to have to pay for and fill out all the paperwork again
