    Had to pay 25 dollars twice to get my address changed and still it's not changed. They claim they don't know what I was charged for and that I never came in. When I came in in person and paid for it. The workers will lie and take your money causes u to have to pay for and fill out all the paperwork again

    These people have NO CLUE what they are doing. By far the worst post office experience you will ever have to endure. Sent a package back because "they seen lines that could indicate it was priority mail" 🤦 now we're out over $100 on returned items. Do yourself a favor and boycott this location at all costs. 0/100

    RICKY was very rude. made comments to multiple people in line. he said he wouldn’t get fired bc he has been with usps for 40 years. Ricky has no people skills. Ricky should do better. :)

    Did not deliver my EDDM order and blatantly refuses to admit it. Shameful. Also they didn’t know about my order even though the EDDM office who sold me this said they contacted them to let them know. Ugh. Michelle Lujan should be fired.

    very nice postal worker at the busy desk but remember everyone they work hard standing eight hours is not easy not only this always have id ready esp for certified mail so everyone they get busy have patience I used to work customer service desk at retail some times people would go in the business yell at me and treat me not so nice rude and some hateful that's why I can see business would put the sign up saying we have the right to reserve service to mean people having a bad day and not on our account so try be nice community
