Oh and parking was plentiful and line was non existent at 5pm. These other 1 star reviews don’t make any sense to me. Y’all should have more grace with public service workers.

The way they spoke to me and treated me was disrespectful, hostile, and completely inappropriate for a public service position. This location has a serious and ongoing problem with employee conduct that management appears unwilling to address. This was my second visit to this post office, and both experiences were equally horrible due to these same two individuals. After reading other customer reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated incident, but a recurring issue that management has allowed to continue. No customer should ever be subjected to prejudice or judgment when accessing basic services! The lack of accountability at this location is unacceptable, and this behavior reflects extremely poorly on the Englewood Post Office on Lehigh.
