- NPNatalie PearceOct 16, 20191.0Guardian Title Agency failed to communicate the process of paying off one of our credit cards at closing, causing my husband and I a late fee and damage to our credit. Normal practice is to overnight those funds or wire transfer them the day of closing. Guardian Title sent a check via STANDARD MAIL which caused a late fee on our credit card payment. They have not reached out to us to apologize nor remedy the situation. I would not recommend them to anyone.
