We called and asked if we could pick up the package after the delivery truck will have completed its route. Carol made sure that the package was taken out of the truck at the end of the route and Victor and Khi tracked it down when we came one hour before closure time. A very Merry Christmas to all three of them and big KUDOS to the dedication and extra mile they went through to deliver Christmas magic a day early ;-)
- BPBo Pitt-CYBORGDec 22, 20251.0I ordered 2 packages from Amazon that we’re supposed to be delivered 12/18, FedEx said that there were restrictions at the address which is why they weren’t delivered & that they would attempt delivery the next business day. Well 12/19 came & went, still no packages. I called FedEx first thing on 12/20 & was guaranteed they’d be delivered by the end of that day. Again 10pm that night & still no packages. Spoke with more people from FedEx multiple times on 12/21, no packages delivered, well actually one of my packages was delivered to the wrong address. Here it is 12/22 @ 4:30pm & I still DO NOT have either package! Supposedly all because of an incompetent driver that can’t figure out how to get in & out of my driveway!!!
- VVVishakDec 13, 20251.0This facility is a complete joke and, quite frankly, a danger to the community. I rely on FedEx for the delivery of necessary medications to my home. Time and time again, I verify that my packages are "Out for Delivery," only to have them simply not show up. I’ve had instances where 2 packages were on the truck, yet the driver only delivered 1. How is that even possible? It screams either total driver incompetence or a logistics system that is fundamentally broken. To make matters worse, their support system is insulting. I have opened multiple tickets, only to be routed to outsourced agents who read from a script, promise that "appropriate parties" will be notified, and then do absolutely nothing. The issues never stop. If you have critical shipments, do not trust this location to handle them.
- LTLisa TaoDec 11, 20251.0Driver from this shipment center made a fake request to hold my package for future delivery date. That is unacceptable. My package was loaded on delivery truck and the delivery truck was already one street away from my house! It wasn’t even too late! It was 2pm! FedEx cannot help me to get it straight. This happened twice already. If you can’t make the delivery due to high volume just say so I would understand. But lying about me making a request during middle of a delivery is unacceptable.
