It took 4 tries for the employee to get the shipping address correct. He had a bad attitude, and was obviously annoyed that he had to correct the address 4 times. Only after I wrote it out for him could he type it “hunt and peck” method into their system. Not my normal FedEx and will never return to ship anything here.
