The person didn't know what the term "letter sized" or what "paper weight" was. Then he proceeded to print my 1 page since I had to purchase a heavier weight of paper. He Then proceeded to add a $2.50 surcharge to my total because he printed it for me! Outrageous! He didn't tell me there would be a cost for helping me. It's not even nickeling a diming people, it's literally dollars more for doing what should just be their job!!
