  Guys were nice but my god it smells like a gym armpit in there even with the doors open. Appreciate the help fellas but get some air freshener and deodorant up in there 😂 Much love 💕😘

  The girl who assisted me today, February 26, 2026, did not give me my complete order even though the app says it has already arrived at the pickup point and that everything is there. She told me, “If you’re expecting anything else, you can come back in a few days.” I was not the only person she said that to—the lady in front of me was told the same thing. The employee was a young white girl with dark black hair and black eyebrows, which may help identify who assisted me. I understand that there was a line and that she was working alone, but it should not be this way for customers just because she did not take the time to look for multiple boxes for each person. This is the first time something like this has happened to me at this pickup location. I order quite often, and with other employees who have assisted me, this has never happened. They are always very kind and always give me all my boxes, even when there are several.

  they don't physically take the Amazon returns anymore. You now need to use a kiosk. Weird

  If you want a package lost, bring it here! They’ve now had a package in their store for 12 days that is not left there and they can’t find it Terrible customer service. And they’ve hung up on me twice. The best thing that could happen here is they go out of business and someone who will hire helpful employees opens a different UPS store Simply pathetic
