You guys just sent back my dog's medicine with the exact same address as the mail you delivered 2 days ago. If he dies its on you. Lawsuit! I
- RYRobin YazzieOct 7, 20255.0Honestly? The team does the best they can, with a massive workload and generally not enough staff members. There have been some issues over the years with deliveries or packages for myself and my family, but having a respectful conversation with the PostMaster (and bringing details, tracking numbers, etc.) has always been the best approach. Treat this team with respect (it’s nobody’s fault you are in line during a busy time of day and have to wait) and they have to follow rules (so don’t expect them to bend a federal regulation for you!). I appreciate them always being kind to me (and me them). The Post Office is one of the more interesting social experiments platforms - being pissy with the team here for any reason is on you and nobody else.

She then said she would hold my box if I came back with the proper forms to renew. Came back twice with 3 forms proof of my residency and identification, she scoffed and says one of the forms was false… then persistent to say my P.O. Box is no longer available.

I had a delivered at the Edwards post office on 9/29/25 - I had been tracking it and noticed it was delivered and then marked for return to sender on the same day. I called all day yesterday trying to get ahold of anyone to ask them if they'd hold onto it and stop this return to sender. I never could get ahold of any staff member, the phone would ring for 2-3 minutes and then disconnect. I tried calling at least 5 times. This morning I was at the post office at 9AM when they opened to try to get my package before it was returned, and they stated it was already gone and picked up to be returned early this morning. They give no opportunity for residents/ customers to get their mail. In a rural area, where you FORCE all residents to have their mail delivered to post office boxes, it's ridiculous that there's no support from this post office in getting packages, and instead packages are just returned to sender immediately. The complete lack of customer service on the phone yesterday, as well as the attitude of staff at the service counter this morning was really disappointing.
