As I had a return I was directed to the kiosk, which I understand, however there was a customer using it with a suitcase full of returns. No one in line, no one else in the store and the associate refused to assist me, then turned her back and walked away. Her excuse? I've been here 3 weeks and that's what they trained me to do.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes to retrieve a package, I was told this store only releases 10 packages per day for non-mailbox holders. Coming back the next day, I was hit with a $50 “pickup fee” just to collect my package. Neither policy was disclosed in advance, clearly posted, or explained in any reasonable way—both felt completely made up at the counter. I've had packages shipped here and other UPS stores many times before with no issue, but new ownership is clearly putting profits ahead of customers. Transparency matters, and this store seriously lacks it. I won’t be using this location again and would caution others to ask about hidden restrictions and fees before shipping anything here.
