I finally just asked his name today after he was rude and he said “thats none of your business, don't worry about it.” No one is ever behind the counter.. it’s truly a mess. The vail UPS store has much nicer and helpful staff.

Because it’s a “next day air” with bloodwork in so I asked him where I should leave it and in a condescending manner he replied “the sign says to leave it over there” and walked to the back. I feel like that doesn’t even warrant 1 star.
