  Best UPS Store in Colorado went in this Sunday and the the man who helped me was super professional and nice like always. Even as he was being treated horribly by a customer whom we shall say was very disrespectful and mean with language and actions she was very crude but he handled it so gracefully. Give that man a raise. Customer service isn't easy this day and age and he does a great job.

  Super friendly, great attitude, always smiling (must love their job). They also rent out hauling vehicles.

  Mariah was so helpful in getting my save the dates and pre-addressed envelopes printed. She turned my order around in under 24 hours, worked me with on font styles, and made the whole process so easy seamless. I'm so happy with the customer service and the quality of products I experienced at this store!

  Upon entering this store and as the only customer in the store, both agents turn their back to me, without any acknowledgement. This was my first time in a UPS Store. After being ignored for a bit I pleasantly said "Hi". The male walked off and the female replied "I'm in the middle of something". Oh I see. With a huff she said " we have a self help kiosk". Oh awesome, this is my first time in a UPS Store, is that it? YES! You just scan it. Well, let me see what you have. " I had a prepacked return envelope. she set is on a scale, scaned it and gave me the submission receipt....10 seconds. I left shaking my head wondering how much energy they wasted ignoring me and being rude for 10 seconds of help.
