All of those tasks were performed with the upmost professionalism and speed, mostly by David, who is not only great at what he does but also made me feel comfortable by assuring me that everything will go smoothly and even making some great jokes! I’d also like to point out the manager working there today (whose name I did not catch unfortunately), who understood the uniqueness of my situation in seconds and presented me with the most convenient option available. Thank you Edgewater UPS store 6754, great overall experience!

With Christmas coming up I'm looking for other companies besides UPS , like all good things come to a end to less service as their cost gos up . I'm very disappointed , but so much for less service & more cost from them . I'm going from years of using them to looking before Christmas for other ways . Seems like this is the American business way , profits over good service . Seen this coming , as I told them that I'll drop them & do plan B . ADAPT & OVER COME , CORPORATE GREED ! But I feel it's important to share a bad experience we had with their notary service. My daughter paid $15 to have a title request form notarized. She later found out that the form didn't need a notary seal at all. It's frustrating that the notary didn't simply tell her this upfront. While we should have known better, it feels like a lost opportunity for the notary to offer a simple piece of helpful information. Just a heads-up for others: don't expect their notaries to give you any advice on your paperwork.
