- RMRyan MeyerJan 12, 20261.0Before now I would have rated Eckerts USPS 5 starts. But our mail carrier was changed and the guy CANNOT deliver the mail for the WHOLE street properly. It’s like he looks at the first 2 house numbers and calls it good. Luckily the majority of the mail we have been getting is my grandmothers, but she lives up the road and has a different house number then we do. We have gotten so much mail that isn’t ours that I have just begun leaving it in the mailbox. I will be calling eckerts store to file a complaint of some sort. This is just out of hand. Our mailman isn’t even making sure he’s putting the mail for the correct house in that mailbox. Oh, and he’s also delivering other peoples packages to our house. Again, when clearly the address is not ours.

I cannot believe she still has a job because this happens twice a month at minimum, and I complain every time and I know I’m not the only one because I get other peoples packages too! No one cares when I call, they laugh it off like it’s funny. This post office needs to make some major changes, it’s ridiculous!
