- KKKing KongSep 8, 20191.0I’ve lived in Eaton for 35 years and have never had a problem with the post office they are amazing but this Saturday I found a note on the my truck “ DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF MAIL BOX! ALL MAIL WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD! Unfortunately the mail box is in front of my house and I’ve always parked there with no problems. I have no other parking other than to park in front of my neighbors houses which I don’t like to do because I don’t like people parking in front of my house. As far as I know there’s no laws stating you can’t park in front of a mailbox. They always park behind my truck in front of my drive way which I don’t mind because they’re bringing the mail. It’s a Community mailbox and whoever left the note literally didn’t deliver anyone’s mail.
