I know government facilities are not often positions where people care about other people or about their job in general, but the guy working today was especially uncaring and rude. Don't show up anytime right before their lunch, because they'll make sure that they shut the gate on you even after stating that you have 4 minutes - and then shutting the gate in 1 minute. The a couple of minutes the decided not to help me, put me out of my way by 15 to 20 minutes at least. And I was the only customer in the entire store.There was no one else that they would have had to continue using their lunchtime to help. And their lack of care shows in the way they talk to people, and their body language.
