The customer service at this location is abhorred. I recently asked for a small piece of tape--I needed four inches to patch up one corner of my parcel--Alonso said that I could either buy a full roll or go back to my office and get tape. I asked if I could have a piece from his roll on the counter and he repeated again what he said. I drove back to my office and came back to send the package. Perhaps this is a simple store policy, I understand, however the genuine lack of concern coupled with unjustified condescension from his part was unprofessional and uncalled for.
