- IGIris Grad3 days ago1.0Went in to ship out my wedding invitations. The envelopes were a little oversized and needed additional postage. The woman working just said she didn’t have the postage and would have to do it manually (with a very bad attitude). She then started printing out SHIPPING LABLES and putting them on the envelopes. A lot of thought, time, and money went into making these invitations look nice, and I would have so much rather her have said something along the lines of “these are oversized and need additional postage, here are your options”, instead of slapping 3” x 1” barcoded shipping labels onto the custom printed envelopes. My wedding invitations look like Amazon packages now. Thanks.

During the busiest time of the year, she helped relieve so much stress by helping me over the phone!!
