Amanda did an amazing job helping me out with redelivery of a package that somehow didn't have my complete address on it and was at risk of being returned to sender. During the busiest time of the year, she helped relieve so much stress by helping me over the phone!! I know USPS workers can be incredibly stressed and underappreciated so I wanted to highlight a super positive experience I had. Thank you so much!!

So you dont allow people to access their po boxes on sundays!?! That is crazy. Other locations are at least open to give people access to usps priority mailers and their po boxes.

I had a shared PO Box at this location. I was twice required to bring in my Driver's License to verify my identity and have the license # recorded. One person on the box moved and set up individual mail forwarding. The entire PO Box was closed and this post office claims my name was never on the box, despite twice providing them my DL and literally watching them write down the information. I can only guess that someone didn't do their job of entering my information into whatever electronic database they use for PO Boxes. Conveniently, they'd already thrown out the paper application paperwork that would've shown I was on the box and it shouldn't have been closed. I can deal with long lines, incomplete information (I was once told a small business had provided me a fraudulent tracking number when trying to track down a missing box...only for it to magically be delivered the very next day), but this is absurd. I can only hope there was nothing time sensitive in the PO Box in my name (like a jury duty summons) because they returned everything to sender.
