    Visiting Durango and had two Amazon returns. GPS sent me to another place (Mail Services including UPS) but they could not process Amazon code ao they sent me here. In and out in no time and only issue was my customer packed item had masking tape rather tgan clear tape. Melissa, the on the ball assistant manager, rectified (without even a charge for clear tape). I see others complain but definitely 5 star with great staff and consideration. Having visited UPS locales nationwide I know each is locally owned and I rely on them. This Durango operation is keeing their reputation high. Keep up the good work.

    Melissa is so very patient and went above and beyond her duty. She kindly let me sort through my qr codes and returns. I have had amazing experiences here returning items and shipping items. All of the employees I have dealt with at this location are polite, professional and patient.
