In and out in no time and only issue was my customer packed item had masking tape rather tgan clear tape. Melissa, the on the ball assistant manager, rectified (without even a charge for clear tape). I see others complain but definitely 5 star with great staff and consideration. Having visited UPS locales nationwide I know each is locally owned and I rely on them. This Durango operation is keeing their reputation high. Keep up the good work.
