This guy must have a superiority complex because he was not only rude, condescending, and obnoxious, he came across as racist, prejudice, homophobic, and confused of his responsibilities; or maybe His customer service style is based on ethnic profiling! In any event, UPS would be smart to REMOVE this person from face to face customer interaction!! Horrible and very intimidating experience.
