I went to this post office recently and had a pretty bad experience. Cori was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. Every other employee I have encountered here has been extremely helpful and kind. The other day I went to go pick up my Amazon package. I am new to the area and thought I would be able to recieve Amazon deliveries to my apartment but they were getting returned to usps. I went in and they told me it was okay to have my packages sent there and not to worry about it. So the other day I went to pick up my package and this lady came up to me was basically yelling at me telling me I'm not allowed to have my Amazon packages there. I felt extremely uncomfortable with how she was treating me. She didn't even explain why I wasn't allowed to. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and just cruel for no reason. I tried to explain to her I was told it was okay by another employee. She did not care to listen.
So I went back inside after and talked to another employee who kindly took the time to explain to me what was going on. It is very confusing being told different things by different employees. Cori was extremely unprofessional and hostile towards me for no reason. She could have easily been kind and respectfully explained to me why I am not allowed to have my amazon packages delivered there. I hope this issue can be resolved and this employee gets spoken to about her behavior and unprofessionalism because it makes me very uncomfortable going back to this location if she is there. No one deserves to be treated this way. Also, not everyone knows about how the post office works and why their specific address isn't able to recieve packages. Instead of freaking out on people she could provide knowledgeable information on the matter. She only cares about her "numbers" and how it looks on her end.

The folks at this post office take the most beautiful passport photos ever. They took so much time with my family. Susan makes you look like a goddess and helped us with all the forms and what not. And Ben was equally as kind and helpful and so sweet to our baby. Thank y’all so much!
