I have a P.O. box and had a package delivered on the 17th, came back 3 separate times over the course of the 17th-22nd because they kept saying it hadn’t been sorted yet, and finally a lady told me they “probably gave it to someone else” and to call the FedEx distribution center personally to figure it out. I asked the nice lady at the Fedex distribution center if this happened often with this specific post office, and was told she gets calls DAILY from post office customers who have lost packages from the Dillon post office. I asked the lady at the post office if they kept track of fedex packages at all and she said no, we just hand them over to people and don’t ask names or anything. It sounds like somebody is taking advantage of this behind the scenes honestly. There is something super sus going on here.

Counter agent told me "something came in" but she "gave it to someone else and he's not here right now." Took 3 visits to set up a PO Box, had the same info in an email, then a login, then finally had to get it printed for them to open one.
