The woman behind counter told me this was incorrect way to address packages. While USPS had the package at this location the woman working here could not be bothered to look for it and said "We will have to send it back but this is good for you because now you can learn your lesson."

My only complaint is they are open 9-5 Monday-Friday, which many of us work 9-5 so we either have to go in late or leave early to pick up packages that don’t make it into a self serve parcel locker. Either that or wait until Saturday to go in for the two hours they are open.
