I have a package that requires a signature and I'm on crutches currently in an apartment complex. I cannot add delivery instructions, and have been trying to reach a human to figure out whether the mail carrier is able / willing to come to my apartment door to deliver said package requiring my signature. Now between this annoyance, and the attitude receive last year when sending packages back home to family & friends, I am truly not a fan of this location. While mail carriers have yet to disappoint me with package and mail delivery. The stress, and the attitude constantly accumulated over the years from this location is almost to much to bare. And, I have already started using other companies for shipping mail in or out of state. Choosing to only rely on usps Glendale for mail & packages that are mailed primarily through this location for my area.
