It’s stressful, hard to book appointments, and generally a dreaded task lol When we arrived and saw a line, I was already bracing myself. But Ernest completely changed the experience. He was incredibly kind, fast, and efficient. He had great energy and somehow turned what could have been a frustrating task into something joyful. We even shared laughs… at a post office… submitting a passport application! My husband and I left smiling and talking about how the world needs more people like Ernest. he is exactly the kind of person you hope to encounter in customer service. Five stars all the way.
- LLLaurenFeb 24, 20261.0They close this location at 5:45-5:50. I have come here on 3 separate occasions and the doors are locked. UPDATE YOUR TIMES AND STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME. Some of us have jobs and can’t get here earlier than this so it’s really frustrating to go out of the way for the place to be closed and locked. Also a girl outside said that they turned the lights off on her at 5:43 and told her it was closed. There was 4 people outside this time and guess what you probably lost all these customers ! I’m going somewhere else. Update your times if you close earlier! So ducking annoying
