The worst post office ever. You can tell the people that work there don't like their jobs I sat in line for 20 mins just for someone to call me out of line to help but ended hiding in the back and everyone that came in after me received help before me they are rude and don't know anything about customer service. They need to hire a who new group of workers or shut it down. Everytime i come here it's something. The employees that were on shift today 3/31 needs more customer service training. The manager on shift faked like she cared but you can tell it was genuine

All other carriers do there jobs and deliver the goods except for the USPS. THEY SIMPLY REFUSE TO. It's too heavy 35lbs or I have to get out my vehicle, well I don't want to. Make them "the customer" get it we don't want to. THEY ARE USELESS LAZY AND WEAK.

I went to this post office with a letter and requested delivery confirmation as I needed to know when the letter I mailed arrived at its destination. The lady said she couldn't do it due to the meter stamp it had and that it would cause her to charge us twice. In addition, the meter stamp had tracking, which it did not. The letter was given to the lady at this post office on February 17, 2026. As of today, March 20, 2026 my letter hasn't made it to the delivery destination. Over a month now and the company still haven't received the letter. I feel like the lady i handed my letter too threw it away. The letter should have been delivered within two days as the delivery address is in Denver, CO. What happened to my letter post office?
