Usually I have my boxes taped and labeled ready to go. But I had left my tape at home today. This is the first ever UPS that has said they charge for tape in cases like this. Won't be seeing me here again!

Darryl went above and beyond to help me with a print job! I went in right before close and had issues with my phone emailing the file. He was super patient, redesigned my file so it printed correctly and stayed 30 minutes late to help me. Thank you for the awesome service!

I was there to pick up items. I had an Uber waiting for me outside. I told Ethan when it was my turn in line that I had to ask my driver if he could stay a few minutes longer while I finished up. After coming back to the store I was told I had to go to the back of the line and wait again. ✋️ I became agitated and remarked that it was an unfair rule. That's when Ethan became angry and barred me from that store.

This was an absolute mistake of a location. I only used it because it was the closest option when I needed a PO Box, and I regret it.
The pricing is outrageous and feels predatory. The exact same box at this location cost me over $700, while another UPS Store about five miles away was around $300. That kind of gap is indefensible.
Customer service is nonexistent. Staff were combative and unprofessional, and they even harassed an associate of mine who was doing nothing more than picking up a package for my business, with written authorization. The entire operation seems designed around charging for everything possible rather than providing basic service.
To make it worse, they repeatedly claimed “policies” that were clearly owner-created, not standard UPS Store policy. That is a major red flag and says everything about how this location is run.
Avoid this location. Go to the Larimer store instead if you can—unless it’s owned by the same franchisee.
Well sure enough the OWNER called me to tell me he wanted to cancel my box because of the review 🙄. Let that sink in. Think about what that says if you have any issue with this location. He is charging double over other locations and creates hurdles for a small business to do business thru them. His answer, I am going to cancel your box. Anyone reading this... think about how that sounds. Is it wise to do business with them. I needed to out of necessity to my staff. His reviews are already not great. Stupid is as Stupid does if you read and then go do business.
The owner replied and tried the strawman approach. Well why did you sign up or stay. I signed up as it became contractual and hoped going forward things would improve. I just received a other PO Box at another location, TOTAL cost $420. Even add 3 months cost to the new bix, it is STILL SIGNIFICANTLY LESS, I have the RECEIPT in writing. I have the RECEIPT from this store, Winder if the owner wants me to post as well so ALL can see?
Consumers can do as they please. This store already has bad ratings. There's a reason. I am just another bad review. FACTS are facts. I have the receipts, get almost double charged here or take your business elsewhere.

I had one of the worst experiences imaginable with this UPS Store, without a doubt, one of the worst (if not the worst) in the entire country.
I dropped off a valuable package worth over $400 containing a set of expensive, high-quality ceramic cookware pots that are super resistant and designed to withstand heavy use and impacts. Instead of reaching its destination, the box was apparently ‘damaged’ according to them, and they decided to discard it without any notification, compensation, or accountability. How could a set of durable ceramic pots possibly get so damaged that they had to throw everything away? It’s impossible, they were stolen, plain and simple!
When I inquired, they claimed the contents were too damaged to salvage and simply threw it away, yet no proof, photos, or explanation was ever provided.
I followed up multiple times, escalated to the manager, and even got promises of a callback that never came. Weeks turned into complete silence. No one took responsibility, no refund, no resolution, just endless excuses and zero follow-through.
This level of negligence, poor communication, and apparent disregard for customers’ property is unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs if you value your items and your time. They lost a package and then lost any chance of earning trust again. 0 stars if possible.
Do yourself a favor: skip the headache, protect your money and your packages, and switch to FedEx instead, they are actually responsible and reliable!
