Plus the diverse staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and caring. When I need to get something notarized or ship something, I make sure to go to this location.

I was kindly told to set them down at the third scale on the right. That's where the kindness ended. I was then skipped over four times. After the first one she looked over to me and gestured I'm so sorry, I'll get you on the next one. And then proceeded to skip me three more times. That upset me. I got in line with the heavy boxes anyways and she apologized half-heartedly. Proceeded to scan my boxes with pre-labels on it. And then charged me for tape. I have never had a UPS store be so rude or even charged me for tape until this one.
