So I built my day around being there at the scheduled time, waited in line, and was then told they have no one available to do the notary… This was a waste of my time and unprofessional. They need to look out for appointments and reach out if they know they can’t get it done.

I live in Michigan and had won a lot at an auction located in Denver, which made coordinating pickup and shipping from across the country a challenge. Marie went above and beyond by going to the auction location, picking up my lot, carefully packing everything, and shipping it out to me in Michigan. I couldn't be happier with the service. I definitely know who to turn to the next time I win a lot in the Denver!

Manager did not bother to understand the situation, would rather just act rude. No refunds “we can’t go that far back in the system” (5 days). Avoid this place at all costs
