  I don’t know why the guy was laughing at me every time I ask a question how to make a return for my package, I was asking the lady and he was laughing as a reaction to my questions, you guys need to be more professional and respectful to your clients. That was today Wednesday 22nd April 2026 at 1 pm. The lady was nice and kind though.

  To the owners Pam & Terry Schmitt (as listed on the business card): Give Kenneth a substantial raise promptly, please. (I believe that was his name, this is dayys later, so apologies if I got it wrong). The moment we entered he acknowledged us and let us know he'd be right with us and once it was our turn he was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and efficient. Additionally, he did this all with enthusiasm and humor that you do NOT see everyday, especially in jobs that *could* be considered repetitive or mundane. He did an exemplary job of assisting not only myself and my husband, but the others in the store as well while keeping the overall ambiance light and pleasant without feeling overbearing. His customer service skills are enviable. If I were still working in customer service I would have tried to recruit him which is why I would urge you to increase his wages to show your appreciation for him and to further solidify his place in your establishment. Thank you.

  Excellent store and service! I was dropping off some amazon returns and had made a mistake on one of them. to correct it, I figured I would be hours in amazon customer service. Hope and Rochelle figured out the problem and got me an 800 number to fix it. It took me 5 minutes and I was on my way. Great service from two folks working on a sunday morning. Thank you !!!

  If zero is available i will give it to the ups customer service, the driver delivered my package to wrong address! When i ask them where is my package? they said give a call to the seller! Which was a crazy response i talked with The seller about that and said the ups is the responsible in this case... anyway thank you for this, next time i would be very careful who is delivering my staff... and surely I will avoid you guys

  Past few times I've been there the employees (2 ) were too busy putting boxes in boxes to help me and I had to wait which id understand if there were customers or if there was 1 employee my package already had a label I just needed a drop off receipt ...maybe a kiosk would be good?
