- JHJW HardinMar 23, 20261.0If you pick up a package here, they have you sign for it even if a signature is not required, but they don't enter it as delivered so UPS keeps sending automated emails to pick up the package that has already been picked up. They can't seem to open on time, apparently the customers time is their's to waste. New ownership of this franchise, world class failure. 8th & Colorado does much better.

It just feels like they can't be bothered and don't get the sense they're trying to be helpful anymore. I'll probably try to find another UPS store. Such a shame bc it's such a convenient location!
