  If you are a recruiter, don’t work here. They only pay salaries in the form of a DRAW which means that you are constantly on a hamster wheel to produce and if there are slow periods, it means you see $0 in bonus during the good ones. In other words, your effort goes unrewarded and Robert Half takes almost $0 in financial risk or investment. Hope the people interviewing for roles there hear this. Go somewhere that pays an actual salary, invests in their people, and doesn’t have massive turnover. This place is a revolving door.

  I absolutely loved working directly for Robert Half as an FTEP. Wonderful teams both in Charlotte, NC, and Colorado Springs, CO. I am excited for my new role being fully hired by a client, but Robert Half led me to this opportunity, and I will never forget it! The people, the benefits, the many learning opportunities, the job placements, and overall working with RH was a joy.

  I called one afternoon asking them if they had any remote work. They told me yes to to create a profile on their website and then they would match me with a recruiter. 2 days later I got a call from Alesha Austin. She asked me why I wanted to work remotely. I told her my situation and that I've been working remote for 5 + years but unfortunately due to a company wide layoff, I had to search for something else. She blatantly told me there was no way I was going to find remote work or further my career if I wasn't willing to go back into the office. I told her that wasn't possible for me but I was willing and interested in hybrid positions as well. She was very condescending, did not seem to care or want to help. She told me I will never be able to further my career or find anything and that she recommends me to continue my job search on my own and call them back in a few months. I called back and asked to send in a complain about her as she treated me so badly. I have been searching for a new job for 4 months and have had no luck which is why I reached out to them in the first place. I sent in my complaint and they told me they would match me with another recruiter to help me find something. Never heard back after leaving voicemails. They lack professionalism and sympathy for people struggling to find work. Not to mention Alesha Austin is the VP of one of the locations. If that's how they run their company I would stay far away from them. They are the seriously HORRIBLE.
