I literally saw one of the younger employees telling another that he shouldn't help an old lady too much with her package. These are the worst employees they could find in Denver. You don't get a gold star for showing up to your place of work. You get paid to help people, to do your freaking job.

I contacted the office and spoke to Xanna (forgive me if I spelt that wrong!). She was great and took my information and promised that the mail and packages would be held for a couple months without return. She helped me out big time and I am very grateful for her help. Great service!
