This is the reason for my 1-star review: inaccurate web site information that I relied upon, only to find after spending 20 minutes driving to this location that it was in fact locked. This could easily be fixed on the USPS web site. But since leadership at the top of the organization is focused on caustic cost-cutting and fostering a hostile work environment, the result is unmitigated ineptitude when it comes to even the simplest of web site updates. Across the board, you can see this is true based on the overwhelming number of 1-star reviews. But what good is my 1-star review? Nothing in terms of leadership, because they clearly don't care and never have. My only hope is to help some folks not waste their valuable time by trusting web site information and going to this location on a Sunday. You will not be able to access the kiosk. The only post office where I could actually access the kiosk was in Cherry Creek North on Columbine St between 2nd & 3rd. Parking is horrible there, which is good reason to avoid this location. However, you can actually use it 24-hrs per day. If you can, wait till late at night after all the surrounding businesses have closed.
