Because I was not given any proof of return, the package is now lost and I am unable to claim a refund or file a lost-package claim since I was not the original sender. This situation directly resulted in me losing my money. Very disappointing experience and extremely unhelpful service.

It was a new driver on the route and still needed to get access to my building. The team banded together found the route, and gave me a call as soon as the package returned to the facility. They had it ready for me and were super friendly the whole time. Thank you, I really appreciate the hard work and dedication you all put in everyday. You guys are awesome!
