The people working here were kind of rude and unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t want to help me or answer my question.

Ouf i hate leaving negative reviews but this little post office fails at so many angles. The employee at the desk that has been there a few times, when I arrived he was sleeping at the front desk, he's the least friendly of all the employees there. He was weighing a package for me and part of the tape ripped and he gave it back to me and said I needed to buy tape or bring it back taped more securely. He wouldn't offer a piece of tape to seal it. I stopped in another day and there was a mail carrier on the customer side of the table and he said the woman behind the desk left to get coffee. He couldn't help, he was just watching the desk. I waited there for her to return, he left when she arrived, I don't understand why coffee breaks aren't covered by behind the counter employees. Poorly staffed. Understaffed.

Any time I come in there's a long line due to understaffing. I have had to repeatedly come in for packages that "can't be delivered" at my apartment. Our mail carriers (which seem to change daily) can't take a few seconds to buzz our apartment for packages, so I end up spending at least 30 minutes running an errand to get my mail. These mail carriers have also marked our unit as "Vacant" 4 times in 3 years, despite regularly collecting our mail from our mailbox. We have also had multiple packages get lost in transit in the Denver network, and they usually move around Denver for several extra days to arrive at the proper post office for delivery. If you live in 80206 and these mail carriers deliver to you– good luck!

Thank goodness their 24-hour kiosks are actually accessible. This is the 3rd USPS stop, 16 miles, 2 hours of drive time. I would give 5 stars, but like anything Denver, you have to park a hike away to not have to pay for parking. I lucked out with only a 7 minute walk one way. I really do appreciate that the kiosk was available and working.
